Description

### Tested versions

4.5.1

### System information

Godot v4.5.1.stable - Nobara Linux 42 (Workstation Edition) on Wayland - X11 display driver, Single-window, 1 monitor - Vulkan (Mobile) - dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 185H (22 threads) - 62.40 GiB memory

### Issue description

You can't even read a single full line of possible matches.

Not sure why it's not centered on the screen and made to take up more vertical height by default.

Adjusting it once saves it for the future, but the default seems bad, especially since it's a change you need to do per project.

### Steps to reproduce

Use 200% display scaling (at the OS level, which Godot seems to pick up when it's set to auto in the editor settings).

### Minimal reproduction project (MRP)

Any project... possibly any 4.3 or 4.4 project which you open in 4.5 for the first time?

Research direction

Start by reproducing the Create New Node dialog in the Godot editor with 200% OS display scaling, as described in the issue. Compare its default size and positioning with normal scaling; done means the dialog displays complete match lines and is positioned and sized appropriately without requiring per-project adjustment.
