Description

### Tested versions

Godot 4.5.1

### System information

windows 10 - godot 4.5.1

### Issue description

Hello,

Ever since the last update (4.5.1) i have an issue i never had before.
Everytime the software creates a new window (example: trying to make a new script) it's become almost impossible to use that window because it "deselects it" somehow.

Here's a screenshot (the bar at the top of the window should be purple to mean it's selected).

I never had this problem before so I'm assuming it's from the update?
Sometimes this randomly fixes itself but only until the next time a secondary window opens.

Here's my specs if that changes something, i'm on windows 10:

Thank you. Godot is basically unusable for me until this gets fixed :(

### Steps to reproduce

For me: open the software and then do anything that opens a secondary window.

### Minimal reproduction project (MRP)

This happens when the software first opens.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue on Windows 10 with Godot 4.5.1: open the editor and trigger any action that creates a secondary window, such as creating a new script. Investigate the secondary-window focus behavior; done means newly opened windows remain selected and usable consistently.
