Description

### Tested versions

The TileSet editor in Godot 4.5 (official Android editor) generally doesn't work well on mobile devices.

### System information

Android 15 - Godot v4.5.stable (official Android editor) - Vulkan (Forward Mobile) - GPU: Adreno 610 - CPU: Snapdragon 685 (Octa-core)

### Issue description

When I use the tile map layer, and then within the tile map layer I click on tile set, then click on the tile set and adjust the settings, I try to zoom in with my fingers to adjust the position of the image or the tile. It stays centered, but the tile position never changes and remains on the right. This is the problem. Please help me solve it because my game is stuck because of this issue, and all my other games have stopped working because of it. Please reply and fix this problem as soon as possible.

### Steps to reproduce

When I stretch my fingers, the tile doesn't move; it's not where I want it, and there are no solutions for that.

### Minimal reproduction project (MRP)

N/A (The issue appears in any new project inside the Android editor, no specific project required)

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in a new project with the Godot 4.5 official Android editor, using the TileMapLayer and TileSet editor controls described above. Check pinch-to-zoom and tile or image positioning on the reported Android hardware; done means the tile position responds correctly instead of remaining on the right.
