### VS Code version
1.95.1
### Godot Tools VS Code extension version
2.3.0
### System information
Windows 10
### Issue description
After pointing out to `Godot_v3.4.4-stable_win64.exe` it still fails with error there is no executable.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Open Godot 3.4.4 project
2. Specify the godot3 executable
3. See extension fails anyway
