Y-sort

**Your Godot version:** 4.2.1

**Issue description:**

Y-sort is not ever clearly documented as its own thing, as far as I can tell. It seems to only be mentioned in tile-sets and tile-maps. And combined with a few strange properties, this makes it very beginner unfriendly. Specifically having to set the scene root as being y-sort enabled rather than just the few things you want to y-sort seems to catch everybody off.
