The instancing_starter project has been created using Godot 4.0

**Godot version:**
4.2.1

**Issue description:**

The example project instancing_starter has been created using the Godot 4.0 and not Godot 4.2. Opening it in Godot 4.2 shows a prompt about project being opened in a different version. As this is a getting started section for beginners this should be either reflected in the documentation as an expected step to complete or better yet, the updated version of the project should be available for download so this message is not shown.
