Incorrect text in place of expected hyperlink in `Placeholder modifiers` table

**Issue description:**
A minor issue where I feel a hyperlink was expected for reference in the **Placeholder modifiers** table in the description for `Integer`; as specified in the screenshot provided:

I feel this is a mistake as the meaning of the statement felt confusing as I was going through the doc, and a hyperlink would suit referring to other such usages in the doc. Regards.
