Resource manual page should include a discussion about "Make Unique", "Make Unique (Recursive)" and resource_local_to_scene

**Issue description:**
"Make Unique", "Make Unique (Recursive)" and resource_local_to_scene are amongst the most confusing resource-related concepts for newcomers to Godot. But they are not mentioned in the manual page about Resources.

Not fully understanding them myself, I cannot suggest what should be added.
