Remove "stable/latest" in favor of strict versions

I am 3.5 user. Sometimes, I need to look up answers but they lead to 404 or 4.x version of documentation because some concepts either didn't exist in my version or they exist now in 4.x.
This is entirely facilitated by the use of "stable/latest" URLs in the documentation that are being overwritten all the time, leading to tremendously bad user experience of Documentation. This problem will happen during every transition period between versions and affect Godot Documentation for years to come if not remedied.
