Description

**Your Godot version:**
3.2.3
**Issue description:**
I am stuck on step one. The docs link me to [this page](https://developer.android.com/studio/projects/android-library), which tells me to "Click File > New > New Module.", assuming that I already have a project. But I don't have a project yet, since I'm still on the first step. Do I open my Godot project folder as a project? Or do I open the android folder in the Godot folder? Or do I create my own project? If I create my own project, what options am I supposed to choose?

I tried opening the Godot project folder in Android Studio, but when I went to File > New, there wasn't even a New Module option! Is this an issue with the Android Studio instructions or did I not open the right folder?
