Update the Code::Blocks page in "Configuring an IDE".

**Your Godot version:**
Currently stable at 4.5.1 and 4.6 for projects, 4.7dev1 for testing and contributing to development.
**Issue description:**
The current page, altho updated for stable 4.6 docs, currently uses old/dated images for the Code::Blocks IDE (specifically, from version 20.03).
IDE which got a stable update and is currently (at the time of writing this issue) in version 25.03: https://www.codeblocks.org/post/codeblocks-25.03-is-here/

So not only the interface changed from time, but the information might be outdated as well.
The page needs revisiting and discussion on whether or not the base information is up to date (setting up the project, building, etc.).

Start with the Code::Blocks page at docs.godotengine.org/en/stable/engine_details/development/configuring_an_ide/code_blocks.html and compare its screenshots and instructions with Code::Blocks 25.03. Review whether project setup and building guidance is still accurate. Done means the page reflects the current interface and verified setup and build information.
