ISBAT disable the styles on the paragraph block

CoBlocks adds styles to the paragraph block:

It looks like these show up when using the / key to add blocks:

How do I disable (a) the Styles panel and (b) the "style" blocks in the block picker?

I've tried using `wp.hooks.addFilter` and removing styles there, but these don't seem to be standard Gutenberg styles.
