I should be able to resize carousel blocks

### Describe the bug:
When I create a carousel in CoBlocks, using Version 3.0.2 with WordPress version 6.2, I encounter an error anytime I try to change the size of the block.

So I can't resize the block, and am not sure how to proceed.

Also, I'm seeing an issue with the block presenting as grayed out, not sure if that's intentional.
