Description
### Reproduction Steps
1. Edit a user in the WP admin
2. Save the LifterLMS profile with a country that has a state/province (ie. Canada)
3. Change country to United Kingdom and save
4. Click anywhere on the page, and then try to reload
### Expected Behavior
No “are you sure” warning
### Actual Behavior
Warning shown about unsaved changes
