NOTE: This also happens when going to "[View as Student](https://share.zight.com/llulX5yL)" -- if not the same fix, we can open a new issue.
### Reproduction Steps
1. Go to _LifterLMS > Forms_ and click View
### Expected Behavior
Form looks correct
### Actual Behavior
Login part of the form is overlapping the registration part
