### Reproduction Steps
1. Edit a Course, and note the wording "After course start or enrollment" under the "Restrictions" tab, "Enable lesson drip", Drip Method
2. Launch the course builder, and for a lesson enable drip
### Expected Behavior
"# days after course enrollment" matches course-level "After course start or enrollment"
### Actual Behavior
Label is different than the course-level drip settings.
This issue has be recreated:

+ [ ] On a production website
+ [ ] With only LifterLMS and a default theme
