Display of the lesson weighting incorrect when first loading the settings for a lesson

### Reproduction Steps

1. Create a Course
2. Add 3 Lesson in the Course Builder
3. Attach a Quiz to only one Lesson
4. Assign Weightage only to the Lesson with the quiz
5. Save, and refresh
6. Click into the Settings of the Lesson with the quiz
7. Hover over the Lesson Weight input

### Expected Behavior

Shows "100%" for weight

### Actual Behavior

Shows 33%. When you change the value it then calculates the percentage correctly, as shown in this video: https://share.cleanshot.com/72pMbvVf
