Avada theme shows video on a lesson in the header and footer incorrectly

### Reproduction Steps
1) Use the Avada theme. ( https://avada.com/ )
2) Create A Course and lesson, then add a Video.
3) Check out the lesson, the video is displayed on the lesson pages 3 times.

### Expected Behavior

It should only show the lesson and video once, and it should not appear in the header and footer.

### Actual Behavior

The lesson/video appears in the header and footer.
