### Reproduction Steps
1. Go to "LifterLMS -> Certificates" and add a certificate template named `en dash - HTML entity number 8211`.
2. Go to " LifterLMS -> Awarded Certificates" and click the "Award Certificate" button.
3. Search for the template created in step 1.
### Expected Behavior
The `-` character should be displayed.
### Actual Behavior
The `-` character is displayed as `–`.
