Feature Video elongates course loop tile

### Reproduction Steps

+ HS-170227
+ Add a feature video to courses so it id displayed instead of an image
+ head in to the course catalog
+ this happens with default themes, but in this case was noticed because the user is using Divi and when Lifti is enabled it fixes the tiles and the videos are responsive
+ however, this user is also using groups, and when lifti is enabled it adds a sidebar to groups that can't be removed. I'm not sure if this is a separate issue that should go in labs or if addressing the videos will solve the problem with Lifti off.

### Expected Behavior

+ the tiles of the course loops appear neat and compact like with images

### Actual Behavior

+ the course tiles are elongated around the videos with blank spaces
