Front End Edit Order Data does not respect date settings

### Reproduction Steps

+ Change the format to day month year for the date in general settings
+ create an order
+ from the Student Dashboard open the order history

### Expected Behavior

+ the order shows with the different day month year format
+ It does on the backend: 

### Actual Behavior

+ Month Day Year remains
