### Reproduction Steps
+ Have a multisite set up with LifterLMS and LifterLMS Stripe
+ Have the course site SLL certified and on HTTPS
### Expected Behavior
+ the back end nag notice goes away accepting the HTTPS
### Actual Behavior
+ it continues to tell you to use force SSL
+ when people use force ssl they run into the known issue and panic
