Student isn't removed when a course is removed from a membership

### Reproduction Steps

Create a membership
Add one or two courses
Enroll in the membership
Now, remove a course from the membership

### Expected Behavior

I expect the student to be removed from the course since the course isn't in the membership anymore

### Actual Behavior

The student still has access to the course
