On `Tokens` page, Edit button does not register click

### Describe the bug

On the `Tokens` page it is not possible to click on the Edit button reliably, it just ticks/unticks it instead:

### How to reproduce

1. Go to `Tokens
2. Try to click `Edit` button (you can't)

### Expected behavior

Being able to click on it and see edit dialog.
