Identify card features

The user wants to be able to pick a visualization and a data source and/or akql query and turn that into a meaningful display. We want to be able to place a card with that visualization into a space on the page: the ID of the display, its location and geometry. We want to be able to drag, drop, move, resize, or remove these cards as needed. The customer should be able to "store" cards; these cards don't run, but they are not deleted either.
