Add a button with ability to quickly disable/enable stages or policies in flows

Especially, when troubleshooting certain combinations of flows/stages/policies, it is very annoying that I had to remove the whole stage/policy in the flow instead of just using a button to disable them temporarily.

Add a button to enable/disable the stages/policies in the flows. Maybe add it to the edit bindings

### Describe alternatives that you've considered

Currently, I had to remove and readd the thing as whole
