Improve usability of admin interface on mobile

### Is your feature request related to a problem?

I love Authentik, but as someone who doesn’t always have easy access to a computer, the mobile experience is nearly unusable. Editing flows, stages, policies, etc on mobile is basically impossible. I find myself having to constantly switch between portrait and landscape to access various UI elements and even still it just doesn’t really work. Please improve the mobile admin experience!

Different mobile browsers, changing browser font size, etc. Authentik remains unusable on mobile.
