E-Mail additional headers and bounce address

I saw the email configuration options and I couldn't see how to add additional headers or a bounce address. Am I missing something?

**Additional context**

I'm working for the certified-senders alliance and we require our customers to include certain headers in their email communication. So it would be optimal, I would include those headers myself.
