Application Search Tags

Some of the applications that we serve go by different names, and the amount of applications that we have make it difficult to search for them if you don't know which name the application is listed as on the dashboard.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Some form of tagging that can be applied to the applications, so enable searching for an application with different names.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Putting the applications in groups, however if an application fits into multiple categories, the groups don't help.
