Optional description to add for changelog when working in UI

This is an improvement request to the changelog and the user interface. To easier trace changes and why they were done, it would be nice if we could add a description when performing changes in Authentik.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
We propose having a optional-by-default and non-intrusive textbox on the bottom of the UI which follows you when navigating the interface. In this textbox you should be able to fill in a free-form description. This description will then be appended to all changes done in the console, and shown in the change-log table.
