Passwordless flow "Flow does not apply to current user."

Hi , trying to connect with duo or webauth in passwordless mode . But I m denied with "Flow does not apply to current user.". Added webauth and duo policies as mentionned here : https://docs.goauthentik.io/docs/add-secure-apps/flows-stages/stages/password/. Added this policies into "authentification stage"
