Can't login redirected to login page after login

**Describe your question/**
When trying to login to the homepage (where all apps are stored) I get redirected back to the login screen and all data fails to fetch. when trying to access an app i get "Redirecting to %(app)s" and "Flow does not apply to current user" as errors. I've tried a fresh install and nothing seems to work. My authentication is currently broken and I'm out of ideas to try
