Bug: strategies tab is reloaded/flickering each 10-30 sec

As far as I understand, each 10 sec content is updated, however, looks a bit strange when each 10 sec I see a flickering loader or a screen blink (in all browsers)

# To Reproduce:
1. Make sure that active strategies exist for a user
2. Open the list of strategies
3. Trace the screen changes within 20-30 sec

# Expected Behaviour
The list is reloaded/flickering each 10-30 sec

# Actual Behaviour
'Error occurred. Please wait or reload the App.' message is displayed. Error in console appears

**Desktop:**
- OS: Win 10
- Browser : Chrome, FF, Brave
- Version [188558105 - 6f49a59fe3d23f21996b6d1e1548b76511cf9b23]

Reproduce the issue by opening the strategies list with active strategies and observing it for 20–30 seconds in a browser. Start with the console error and the periodic refresh or reload behavior; done means the list remains usable without flickering, screen blinking, or the error message.
