Improve date for CSV format

Description
Ideally, when we import it in Google Sheets, Numbers or Excel it would understand automatically the date (and time zone information) and represent the date in the user locale and with his right time zone.
Apparently is not that easy. It would be ideal to look for alternatives.
Final goal is to:
* Make it easier to understand the dates
* Allow sorting by date fields
* Allow filtering by date fields
