Add semantic scholar analytics to our website

Semantic scholar looks like it actually receives updates (unlike Google Scholar 🙃) and they have an API

We should
- See if we can make a similar group page on Semantic Scholar
- Link between people in our group and their page

The issue does not name files or tests. Start by locating the existing group and people pages, then review the Semantic Scholar API capabilities for creating a similar group view and linking each person to their profile. Done means the website provides the agreed group page and working links between group members and their Semantic Scholar pages.
