Highcharts is not a real Free Software/Open Source project, because it disallows commercial use.

IMHO, you should replace Highcharts with a real Free Software/Open Source project, such as:

- Plotly.js (MIT license)
- Chart.js (MIT license)
- D3.js (Modified BSD license)
- Vega (Modified BSD license)
- Taucharts (Apache license 2.0)
- jqPlot's (MIT license)
- etc
