Channel is blocked with invalid interface

When adding invalid interface in port-channel, the port-channel is blocked.
- It is not possible to chance the interface name or delete it as it is connected to a channel.
- It is not possible to remove the interface from channel nor delete the channel. Trying to remove the channel does not work as it tries to remove the channel on equipment. Once the interface is invalid, the equipment raises error.
