Description
I'm trying to find a way to limit traffic sent via tcp forward channel
also would like to calculate how much data is transferring in real time.
The goal is to provide users possibility of using forward channels but set limit and quota on how much
they can transfer in total and per second.
What could be the best way to achieve this?
