Scrollbar in Firefox is clicked through

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue in Firefox (128.10.0esr) on Window 11 with scroll input capture. If a table has enough rows to necessitate a scrollbar and the scrollbar is clicked on for dragging, the click event goes through to any cell or button underneath. It seems to be to do with the expansion of the scrollbar when hovered as glide is rendering underneath it. This is most evident if you have the Add Row bar at the bottom of the data grid enabled and scroll to the bottom. When you try to grab the scrollbar handle you will almost certainly create a new row instead.
