Bookmarks without links and clickable icons

### Description

I think it would be cool if you didn't have to enter a title in the bookmarks widget, as long as you're using an icon. And that in that case, you could simply access the bookmarks by clicking on the icon.

No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Start by locating the bookmarks widget implementation and its configuration handling, then determine how icon-only bookmarks should be represented and activated; done means a bookmark without a title can be opened by clicking its icon.
