Option to open links in iOS Safari

### Description

I would like an option for external links to open in the main Safari app instead of the in app browser. This is helpful for, for example, sites like YouTube, where I have cookies set in my browser (or where it could redirect to the app to handle the URL).

This functionality could be added to the target field, which was added to open links in new tabs, or it could even be inferred based on the platform the user visits from if the target blank field is set
