A note from the maintainer

Hey guys, Glance has gotten a bunch of attention in the last couple of days and a massive influx of feature requests and PRs. While I am thankful to [everyone who has contributed](https://github.com/glanceapp/glance/graphs/contributors) so far, this is pretty much still one man's side project, meaning I can only allocate a limited amount of time to it. I may not be able to reply to most new issues/PRs for a while, so please don't take it personally.

I'm not yet sure how to deal with this much traffic, though I do have some idea about what I'd like to prioritize:

1. Bug fixes and accessibility concerns
2. Outstanding work
3. Enhancements around current features and widgets
4. Highly requested features

I believe these are the things that Glance would benefit from the most currently, and they'd prevent me from feeling overwhelmed and burning out.
