Description

This could be a confusing example. The correct way to italicize Latin names is to italicize genus and species names only. Higher level taxa, eg. families, are not italicized. So the correct answer for this example should be:

  • Azalea (Ericaceae Rhododendron)
  • Chrysanthemum (Anthemideae Chrysanthemum)
  • Dahlia (Coreopsideae Dahlia)
