How can i adjust the `sides` argument of `rug` in `plot.FeatureEffect`

Description
It would be better to add options that can modify the feature rug in `plot.FeatureEffect`, especially in the case when rugs from x and y are conflict like this.
Or I wonder is there any existed way I can adjust this feature? But I have checked the code that the default argument was defined as `"bl"` and `outside = F`
