Hello,
I would like to use the iml package to analyze variable importance in models trained with the package lme4. Is it compatible with iml? Is the predict.merMod supported? How to create a predictor for this class of models? I am currently struggling to use the predict.function argument with the predict.merMod function (everything runs but the prediction task appears as unknown).
