Auto update all repository

## Description

A feature where all the locally added repositories can be automatically updated in the background.

## Describe the solution you'd like

After a certain interval, _(10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour)_ it should auto update the repository in the background.

Addition to that there should be few settings which can be configured by the user.

- Auto update time interval `[10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour]`
- Actions for auto update
- Fetch
- Pull
- Notify the user about auto-update complete
