Scrollbar overlapping file changes dropdown

## Description

On hovering on a specific commit on history page it pops up a dropdown with a list of file changes but scrollbar is overlapping it.

## Steps to reproduce

- Add repository _(any repository local or remote)_
- Go the history
- Hover on any commit for more than 5 seconds
