First-time users coming from the website, can choose the git provider.
No matter what they choose, they get the same question asked again:
Choosing once should be sufficient, of course.

Research direction
Reproduce the website-to-dashboard onboarding flow shown in the screenshots and trace where the git provider is selected and then requested again. The change is done when the provider choice is carried into the dashboard so first-time users are not prompted twice; verify both provider choices through the same flow.
