Description
A lot of companies are still using Azure DevOps, even though GitHub was acquired by Microsoft.
It would be nice to add support to add repos from an Azure DevOps organization. I supposed this would include adding SSO for Azure AD.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. First clarify the required Azure DevOps repository flows and the scope of Azure AD SSO, then map those requirements to the project's existing repository and sign-in integrations. Done means both Azure DevOps organization repositories and the agreed Azure AD authentication flow are supported and tested.
