Problem to solve
Prebuilds pages added back in https://github.com/gitpod-io/gitpod/pull/4876 and https://github.com/gitpod-io/gitpod/pull/4970 didn't include links to PRs near the branch information as described in the relevant specs in https://github.com/gitpod-io/gitpod/issues/4515.
